Initial Telehealth Session, $175 (~55 min)
We will discuss your issues and future goals, as well as your medical and dietary history, and present eating and exercise habits. You will leave each session knowing one to three items to work on or consider until the next one. We carefully tailor these suggestions to what you most desire from nutrition counseling, making them sensible and practical. Personalized nutrition advice is easily accessible from the comfort of your own home with our Salt Lake City Telehealth Services.
Follow up Telehealth Sessions, $150 (~55 min)
Getting to the best possible health requires patience and time! Part of the process to offer accountability and assistance are follow-up meetings. That will be the moment to see how you are doing. Goals will be adjusted as needed, and any obstacles that arise will be handled. Our Utah telehealth services provide easy access to individualized nutritional guidance from the comfort of your own home.
Note: 30 min sessions are available upon request, $85
Telehealth:
With a 100% virtual office, Kaylee provides extensive telehealth programs. Certified and licensed in Utah and Texas, Kaylee offers virtual and telehealth sessions in those areas. Kaylee also serves clients in the states of AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, HI, ID, IN, MA, MI, NH, NY, OK, OR, PA, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, and WY.
Insurance:
Kaylee does neither provide superbills nor is she in network with any insurance companies.
Cancellation Policy:
I know that occasionally things come up and you might need to reschedule. Cancelations must all be made at least 24 hours in advance. Should you fail to cancel within a day, the entire fee of the booked appointment will still be due.
Service is provided with payment due at that time.
